Video Suggestions

1 - Make sure the background is simple without any distractions, the simpler the better! If there is a light coloured wall that can be used, then that is the best option.

2 - The camera should be slightly higher than the sitter, so that they are not looking down at the camera. Use some books or a phone stand to hold the phone.

3 - Sit with a window in-front of your face, so that light on the face is flat and even across the face. Natural light will always be better but make sure light does not streak across the background or face.

4 - Wear something smart and casual but not too casual as you should look like a person of authority.

5 - When you start the video do not introduce yourself but jump straight into the subject. All your information will be written in text on the video information pop up.

6 - If you pause or lose track of what you are saying, do not feel that you need to start again, especially if it is a long video. Just make a note and timestamp so that we can edit it out.
